Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Packtender. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

About the service

Packtender, operated by TWENTY3, is a Hindi-first service that sends government tender alerts and helps contractors prepare bid documents. It is an information and drafting tool — not a legal, financial, or bidding agent.

What Packtender does NOT do

So expectations are clear:

  • We do not submit bids for you. Submission needs your own Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and stays in your hands.
  • We do not sign anything with your DSC, and we never ask for it.
  • We do not guarantee that you will win any tender, or that any listing is complete or error-free — always confirm details on the official portal.
  • Documents we generate are drafts, built only from the profile information you save. We never invent turnover, experience, or certificate details. Review every draft before you use it.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login secure. The quality of your alerts and drafts depends on the data you provide.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features need a paid subscription (for example the Pro and Max plans). Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A subscription renews for the plan you choose until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Acceptable use

When using Packtender, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell or redistribute alerts or generated documents as your own product.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your business.

Intellectual property

The Packtender name, software, and content are ours. Tender data is sourced from public government portals. Documents generated from your profile are yours to use for your bids.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep tender data accurate and timely, but we cannot guarantee it, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a missed tender, an error in listed data, a rejected bid, or reliance on a generated draft. Your decisions and submissions are your own.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
