Packtender is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods to ship.
Digital delivery
Packtender is delivered entirely online, through our website and your account. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped by courier or post.
When you get access
Access to paid features is provisioned immediately after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. Tender alerts are delivered to your WhatsApp and email as matching tenders are found.
If access does not activate
If a successful payment does not unlock your plan within a few minutes, write to support@packtender.com with your payment details and we will fix it.
