Who we are

Packtender is operated by TWENTY3, a sole proprietorship registered under Udyam (Reg. No. UDYAM-UP-50-0282218). Our registered address is Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226002. For any privacy question, write to support@packtender.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to send you tender alerts and prepare your bid documents:

• Your phone number and the one-time passwords (OTP) used to sign you in.
• Profile details you enter for bid preparation — business name, turnover, work experience, registration and certificate numbers, and similar fields.
• Your tender preferences — the states, departments, work categories and value range you want alerts for.
• Basic usage information, such as which tenders you viewed or saved, used to improve matching.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your data only to run the service: to match you with relevant tenders, send alerts on WhatsApp and email, generate draft bid documents grounded in your saved profile, and provide support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the product work, and only to the extent needed:

• Supabase — secure database and sign-in.
• Razorpay — to process subscription payments. We never store your full card or bank details.
• Our AI provider — to generate draft documents from the profile data you provide.
• WhatsApp and Resend (email) — to deliver your alerts and notifications.

These providers process your data on our instructions and under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example, tax and payment records).

How we protect it

Access to your data is restricted by row-level security, so you see only your own organisation’s records. Secrets and payment details are handled on our servers and are never exposed to the browser.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping.
• Withdraw consent for processing — which may mean we can no longer provide the service.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To exercise any of these, write to support@packtender.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
